ReplyDeletethis is really true.. when we first enter uni, the new environment make us stress... then when we get used of it, assignments, exams, activity keep piling up.. is like never ending.. o.. stressful uni life...
ReplyDeleteanother main cause will be lack of sufficient sleeping ..hehe..and the consequences of that is become a big big panda..many of my coursemates already become one of the panda family..^^
ReplyDeletehaha.. panda family?? ya.. as what we have discuss before this, we should get enough of sleep everyday in order to let our body function optimally. We normally need at least 6-8 hours of sleep everyday.
